Brief
Shopfitting warehouse had been using Visualsoft for several years and had experienced some very positive growth throughout that period. They wanted to attain agility on a solid platform, therefore they looked into Bigcommerce.
Shopfittingwarehouse called us because of our reputation as an experienced and professional BigCommerce agency to assist them with the platform migration and lead them through the deployment of the new BigCommerce website.
Approach
One of the main migration objectives was to have great technical agency assistance, which would allow any queries or difficulties to be answered swiftly and confidently without having to escalate to BigCommerce Support.

Project results
We built an automatic email invoice programme that uses Sage invoice numbers and BigCommerce order information to send PDF emails every evening for purchases that were shipped that day. The company collects additional data upon checkout for sales and marketing purposes as a B2B merchant.
We were the first agency in Europe to create a checkout using BigCommerce's OpenCheckout framework, which enabled Shopfitting Warehouse to add new dynamic fields to the checkout and collect the necessary data.
